Prokard T & C's - not given when taking up the new

I went to book for a protea hotel over this coming long weekend and was advised that I am unable to use any of my vouchers or Redeem my Prokard Points. When I took the contract of Prokard, I was Informed that I can use this function at any time. This is totally unacceptable and I will be Renewing my Prokard. I needed 2 Rooms this weekend at Protea Hotel Karridene - Both need to have double beds
