I joined the Prokard Gold membership at Protea Hotels last month with the promise of free and discount accommodation vouchers.

First time trying to book, at numerous hotels with the Procard; all rooms are Sold Out. When enquiry to book without a Procard, then rooms are available.

Requested a cancellation of membership and full refund. Awaiting feedback.
