I have been trying to book accomodation using the prokard vouchers, only to be told they are not
redeemable, rooms are sold out or that vouchers cannot be used on long weekends or school holidays.
When one checks availablity of rooms before logging in, no problem ROOMS AVAIILABLE, as soon
as you log in, sold out. This card has been and is disappointing to say the least. My vouchers expire
soon and will have to as one is not able to redeem them when required. The consultants paint this
picture and unfortunately I fell for it. The old saying " if it sounds to good to be true then it is untrue "
applies perfectly to this voucher. I bet that I am not the only one that is very disatissfied with
this product.
