I wanted to book a 4 night stay at the Protea Hotel in Umhlanga Ridge. Procard has offered us a voucher for buy one night and stay one night for free and we have a free night voucher as well. Protea Hotel was very happy to help me until I mentioned that I want to redeem my vouchers. Suddenly there were no more rooms available and I could not use this voucher for the booking as they only allocate certain dates and rooms to Prokard vouchers. This is unacceptable! We do we pay for the benefits of this service, but are not able to use these benefits, when we purchased the prokard they don't tell you this, they make it sound fabulous. we have not been able to use any of the vouchers we have so there is no point having this AMAZING PROKARD!!! also every time i call the call centre to help with the vouchers they say i must phone the hotels and book myself as they cannot help!!! REALLY
