I am a or was Prokard member and the first time I made use of there voucher stay one night get one night free the double charged me for that one night because, when I made the reservation without using my Prokard details the room was cheaper the minute I put in my Prokard membership. They charged me double for that same room. My membership expired in May 2013 month but my voucher expire on the 30/11/2013. I can not redeem my vouchers until I renew my membership. That is a load of bull I should be able to redeem the vouchers before the expiry date on the voucher and not be forced to renew my membership before I can do that! It seems to me that they have no idea what the meaning of offering a voucher with a post dated expiry date means. It is a promise note that you will offer until that date. Now they hide behind there T&C saying you have to be a member. I can say one thing for certain stay away from the Prokard it is a rip-off the only place you benefit is in when you eat that you get 50% off. Now if I try make a booking it tells me SOLD OUT. But other than that, stay away it is not worth it. Prokard is a daylight. Thank you for wasting my money and time with Prokard.
