3weeks ago on the 02 March 2022, my brother and I went to a Game store in Tyger valley cape town and we bought 2 items microwave and a washing machine. we took the microwave with us and the washing machine was promised to be delivered on Friday the 4th March 2022. upon purchase, we received a discount for being vaccinated. Item was not received on the 05 March I received a call from Game I was told the item is out of stock I will receive my washing machine on Wednesday the 9 March 2022. I followed up with the store I was requested to send my slip because my transaction is showing a reversal on the transaction. Days went by went back to the store on the 11 March to find out what is happening, when I got to the store the salesperson was off and someone else assisted and checked on the system and told me the item has been delivered and yet I did not receive my washing machine. The person who was helping me said they will investigate and get back to me the next day on the 12 march He made a copy of my receipt. The next day no communication was received. On Monday the 14 march I called the store to find out what is the hold-up they said they are still investigating the matter. later on the 14 March, I received a call saying that I need to pay an additional R1100 they do not know what happen at the point of sales. That is not my problem I have paid what I was instructed to pay based on the quotation given. Why is game making there problem mine? there sales person calculated the discount incorrectly and I was attracted my the discount and bought the iteam and now am instructed to pay more what is that?
