Fridge repairs

We took our double door samsung fridge to get repaired. When we finally got our fridge, after 4 weeks i must add, i saw that my fridge was wet. When i asked the worker why he said the fridge was standing ouaide in the rain and sun for 4 weeks. The doors retained so much water it looks like it has chickenpox. There are so many more scratches on and dents that was not there. We only had 3 dents on the front now they are on the side and scratches on the doors. It looks terrible
We contacted the company and they said we must take it back. We already rode 400km to take it there and back. Then they said they dont have anyone to come look they dont know when they will be coming into our area. I am disgusted by they way my fridge looks. Will they like it if i leave their fridge in the rain and not care at all. I tried to upload the photos but says image to large
