I Bought a a Kelvinator Washing Machine last year December at Game Setsing
in April this year the machine stopped working, i went to report the Machine at the Store same time,
a Job card was opened and was promised that in a week or 2 a Kelvinator Technician will come and received the following job number (JB00056)
since from then, been going to the store almost every 2 weeks getting the same reply that the technician will come, i even proposed to bring the washing machine to the store and was told that the policy does not allow t
as a customer i am very frustrated as i bought the washing machine for my mother, not because i had money to spend, but knowing she is old and needed it
i even made effort to contact Kelvinator myself and still no joy from them.
its almost 4 months now the machine is still not working the warranty expiration is even approaching
and according to the game guarantee to their customers, the warranty states that if a product is still under warranty it should be sorted within 21 days or a refund or exchange should happen
so im at a point that i fell that Game does not Value their custome
