I bought a washing machine from Game in May since they promise to have the best quality and the most competitive prices. It was a Samsung top loader. A month later, I complained to the Indian gentleman that works in that depatment that this washing is not doing what it supposed to do. He went on to say that I should change my washing powder or maybe I'm not doing something right! I advised him that I have operated a washing mashing for more than 10 years now and am well aware of how it works and which washing powder is the best on the market. So he advised that I take this up with Samsung directly. Since July I've been complaining to Samsung about the poor quality of their washing machine and still have not gotten any joy from them. I feel that since I purchased this machine from Game, then Game should take some sort of responsibilty for it instead of making me more agitated going from Samsung who refers me to Liptronic who refers me to the store I bought it from. I'm just going from pillar to post and not 1 of these 3 companies will assist with the after sales/ customer service of this appliance! I want my money back to purchase a decent washing machine that works!
