My name is Tebogo Mojahi
I logged a claim (2828987) on the 1st of february 2022 was assisted by Tumelo Pilane and he send company named Duze ne Ndlovu to come and fetch my stuff on the 1st of February 2022. On the 4th of February 2022 I got an email from Tumelo saying that the claim has been withdrawn I respond to Tumelo asking him to clarify what he meant and he never responded to my email. I am so disappointed with the service I got from Tumelo, what makes matters worse my appliances were taken on the 1st of February 2022 till today I don't know where is my stuff. According to my understanding my stuff were supposed to be send back and Tumelo was supposed to give me the full details why this claim was withdrawn when I asked him.
