Good day, we bought a 13kg's Samsung washing machine from Game at Westgate, we were told that it would be delivered to our house by no latter than Wednesday 28 August, as such i phoned them on Wednesday to see where my Washing machine was only then to be told that they don't have stock and would only be able to deliver a washing machine to me on the 7th of September, this is totally unacceptable if i knew that i would need to wait so long for my washing machine i would have gone somewhere else where the store actually had stock of the product they were selling to the public now we are expected to sit without a washing machine till the 7th of September is Game going to pay my laundromat's bill until i receive my washing machine? i think not, this is shockingly poor service
