After I logged a complaint on Hello Peter on 12 Feb2013 for a washing machine that I bought cash on 01 Dec2012 and have still not received coz Game's excuse is that they are out of stock, the store manager Tensie Morabe called me on 13 Feb and said they are still out of stock but he will personally go to the warehouse and my machine will be delivered for free either on the 18th or 19th Feb. Today is the 22ndFeb, my machine is still not delivered and I have not received any phone call from Tensie informing me why his promise has not materialised. I have been waiting for my machine since last year December. The store manager is also incompetent and has no clue what customer service is, No wonder the sales lady Nelly seemed like she did not know what she was doing, the store is incompetent from management right down to the stock controller. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I BUY ANYTHING FROM GAME. HOW MUCH INTEREST HAS MY R3000 made from DECEMBER 2012 TILL NOW? WHY CANT YOU DO A SIMPLE THING AND CALL ME IF YOU SEE THAT YOU ARE FAILING TO DELIVER? I AM DISGUSTED.
