On Sunday 19/05/13 I wanted to buy a washing machine As I have a Game account I went to Game Keywest The sales consultant assisted us and checked if they have stock in the machine I was interested in To my surprise he advised that they don't have stock How can you have a product on display without any stock A simple tag that will state: ITEM NOT IN STOCK would suffice Further he phoned other branches to find out where they have stock I advised that I will drive to Clearwater to collect the machine after he said that they have 3 in stock I found that there was a bigger variety of washing machines at Clearwater. Out of 5 options they didn't have any in stock To make matters worse the washing machine I was advised is in stock at Clearwater was never in stock as I was FURIOUS at this point I tried to arrange for delivery of the washing machine. Simon advised that this is not their problem. He advised that they can deliver but will only pay R100 from the R201delivery fee. What about my inconvenience that they caused, wasted my money for driving up and down. I've ordered the LG washing machine from Clearwater to collect on Saturday After Saturday I won't do business with them again
