I bought a washing machine (the most expensive one they have R7600) at Game on Saturday. It arrived on the Monday at 18:30. A friend came to install it on Tuesday and when we took it out the box the top of the washing machine was severely damaged. I called customer service's straight away and they said someone would call me the next day but no one did and I had to call them.
They told me that my washing machine would be delivered that day or the next. I called them again the end of the day and they told me it would be delivered the next day (Thursday). Thursday came and I had to call them again towards the end of the day... I then shortly got a call back saying that they actually had NO stock and was hoping only to to get on Friday (which is tomorrow)!! Why was i keep getting promises made to me! Why do I have to wait longer than 6 days!!! for my washing machine and kept getting told!!!
If the washing machine they delivered was damaged I should have been a priority!!
