I went to the Game Store at Menlyn Park after work yesterday to go and buy a Samsung 13kg Front Loader Washing Machine, since my old washing machine broke in the week and the repair costs were just too high to fix it. One of the salesperson's on the floor for Appliances, Tshepo, immediately came to my assistance and advised me of the Samsung 13kg Front Loader Washing Machine on special for R2995. He explained the washing machine's new functionality of the new wobble technology, which I really liked and also mentioned the delivery costs of R 220. After I decided to buy the washing machine, he also informed me of the extended warranty policy that Game offers. He then introduced me to his other colleague, Clifford or Geoffrey (I can't remember his name), who explained to me the benefits of the extended warranty policy, which costs R 439, fully inclusive. This really sounded like a good idea, since it is quite expensive to repair an old washing machine and this extended warranty is really an excellent product. To top it all; my washing machine has been delivered today on time @ 13:00 at my home, as promised. Thanks to the exceptional sales personnel at Game; you're tops!
