I HAVE LOST FAITH IN SAMSUNG!

All the appliances we bought for our new home last year were Samsung, as I insisted on Samsung, due to their reputation, after sales "so-called service" and quality of products. I could not have been more mistaken! Both my washing machine and dishwasher are faulty. These faults have been reported and I was given ref 7110368658, amongst multiple others. A few weeks later, I am still without a washing machine after FINALLY being collected for repairs. My dishwasher issue has not even been acknowledged or addressed. I have spent almost R500 to date for laundromat costs, as I have been without my washine machine for so long. When trying to follow up/escalate these matters with both the Call centre and the "repair centre" Liptronics, no one EVER gets back to me!!! "Nicole" from the repair centre is NEVER available and NEVER calls back! Someone attempted to call me ONCE yesterday, decided that was sufficient&when I called back a few moments later in response to the missed call, I was told it would be "escalated" and I would be contacted back. I have added that false promise to the other 20 people who have and promised to call me back! I NEED assistance NOW! Actual service please!!!
