Poor client service / pathetic product quality

I bought a Samsung Dishwasher about 3 years ago. A few weeks ago it stopped working. Samsung's Call centre referred me to Liptronics to attend to the repair. After some prompting, it took them a whole week to get someone to collect the dishwasher from me, and another two weeks to tell me that the Loom (whatever that is) need to be replaced. Unfortunately Samsung does not carry it in stock. The Samsung solution? : They will attempt to arrange a brand new dishwasher at a discount price. My dishwasher is supposed to be brand new! (I own an 11 year old LG washing machine, that must have done 4000 problem free washes. Samsung is willing to write off a 3 year old appliance?) More frustratingly, the call centre referred me back to Liptronics when I called them with my unhappiness. I asked them to deal directly with Liptronics, their agent, so that we could resolve this matter soonest. Apparently their processes do not allow for it. I must understand that they are only a call centre.

Someone at Samsung please call Liptronics in Cape Town and try to resolve this without it having to take another 3 weeks and without me needing to buy a new dishwasher. The Liptronic reference is 16822
