I currently have a problem with a mirror door fridge that I purchased a few years ago (the chrome is peeling from the plastic and looking very unsightly, however this could be based on a factory defect), nevertheless I am prepared to have the same replaced at my cost, the problem is trying to get hold of the TM Electronics, who is supposed to be Samsungs service centre, the phone rings continuously, amost impossible to reach someone for assistance. I have to ask the qusetion "the product is quality, however after sales service is non-existent", I am a very dissatisfied customer.
