Washing machine broken in warrenty periid

After the washing machine broke I logged a call with the samsung call center. On the 7th may 2013. No response after promising call back in 24 to 48 hours. I phoned back on the 9th may. I was informed that the nearest service center for the washing machine was 300km away and that I return to the samsung shop were I purchased the machine for an exchange. The samsung shop in the mall of the north in polokwane is closed due to renovations. I called back and was informed that samsung will now send out a service technician over 300km away. Another 24 to 48 hours. This means I will have to wait over a week for a technition to repair a faulty machine. As a samsung consumer and supporter I am not happy with the way this is bieng handled. The refernce no given by samsung is 7111997734 and 4133744945. This msg was typed on a samsung s3.
