I bought a Samsung DW FN320W dishwasher through Stax Fourways last year. The machine has a two year warranty. About two months ago the machine started leaking after a cycle. A technician was called out, but the part that was required took so long to order that Samsung offered to replace the dishwasher. I have been waiting for over a month now for this to occur, making it almost 2 months that I have been sitting with a faulty appliance. There is obviously no communication between Samsung and the technical repairs company and Stax, the distributor. Stax has been trying for three weeks to get clarity on the process of how to replace the machine and whether there is stock. I have no idea what is going on, where the process is or when I am going to get a Samsung dishwasher to replace the faulty one that is still under warranty. I am furious. This is the worst after-sales service I have ever received, especially because Samsung's quality of product is what was originally at fault.
