Absolutely Poor Service

LG rear projection TV was taken in for power surge repairs. Quote was approx. R 1800. After they were paid, they brought TV back and was not working (Picture was skew). Ruwayne said they used the wrong capacitor and must wait for a capacitor from overseas for 6-8 weeks. (I bring in major parts for vehicles from all over the world in less than 15 days.) After 2 months LG brought the TV back and guess what?...picture still not correct. Where are the peoples quality standards... is LG global not worried about it's BRAND. With this service that is so poor... don't think I will ever buy another LG product and will certainly tell everyone about the poor service of LG. Regards Mr. Augustine
