Replacement of faulty dishwashe

We purchased a Samsung Dishwasher from Game Bayside mall in 2011 and have had endless problems with the machine. I have logged 5 calls with Samsung for repairs. a repair/ service agent from a contracted company worked on the machine 5 times however the propblem was not fixed. I have been struggling with a faulty dishwasher for 2 years.

Finally i got the approval from Samsung in December to get a replacement machine so i went back to Game bayside mall but now have been told the model is no longer available and that i need to pay in R800 for an upgraded version. This is not my fault so i cannot see why i have to pay in a difference to get a replacment machine. This is rediculous. The machine was manufactured with a fault so it should be replaced. If the model is not available then a replacement of a new model must be made. Further to this, game is trying to give me a Bosch dishwasher which i do not want, i want a Samsung dishwasher!

Its going on 2 years that i have had a problem with my machine and i am sick of this! Samsung PLEASE give game authorisation to replace my machine with a new model.
