Samsung Scores a rare black mark with me

I bought a new samsung Dishwasher last year in their brand store in Canal Walk - model # DW-FN320T. The machine is stamped April 2012 - new model at the time. Within 3 months the flimsy plastic clip that holds the detergent dispenser closed broke off. I called samsung and they passed me onto Liptronics - their service agent in CT. Liptronics was absolutely useless and I eventually gave up tryng to the the issue sorted out. I was never called back, they could not find the model on their systemt etc. For the past year we have used the machine ineffectively with the broken detergent dispenser. Yesterday I saw a new machine, same model, in a shop and the only difference to mine is the design of the detergent dispenser clip. I called Samsung SA today and their input is to call Liptronics and it will be for my cost. I said they can call Liptronics and sort it out. They refused. Thanks Samsung - I am convinced there was a design issue with the machine and this is the service I get. Ref #: 7112115531. I have a number of Samsung products & am happy with them but this service is not acceptable. PLs can somebody sort this out and get the machine repaired.
