I bought a samsung WA13V5 washing machine in April from one of your suppliers (Hi-Fi Tygervally Centre) in April last year as a gift to my future wife. The machine was only used 1 and it started leaking everywhere so i logged a call with your customer services who then arranged for one of your so called Authorised agents to repair the problem. My first contact with the agent was on the 09/01/2014 which then took them 2 weeks to come and pick up the machine, today is the 04/02/2014 and i still don't have my washing machine back. All that was required was just a new drum. Please explain to me what was the purpose of me buying the washing machine if i have to spend money on the Laundry. The agents even started to reject my calls which is very unprofessional it seems that the agents working for you don't care about the brand name which is samsung and most of my appliances is branded as such. If this is the way you treat customers that spend their hard earned money on your products i will never allow any of my friends or family members to purchase your products. My Ref no. 7112209738
