4weeks ago I called SAMSUNG because my washing machine was giving an error message. I was told to switch it off and on again. On Tues 22nd Oct it happened again and I called again to be told that in 24-48 hours I would be contacted. 48 hours later I called again, assured that someone would call me. No-one did. I called Fri 25th, was kept on hold for 14 min to then be told they would call me back. I paid R10000 for a machine that broke in less than a year old and when trying to get it fixed, this is the service I get not to mention the extra time and money spent taking washing to a Laundromat. Raoul then called only to say ''be patient'', someone would call. No-one did. On Mon 28th, AFTER sending an email to SAMSUNG, Shafieq (Liptronics) called and said that he hadn't called on the 24th as he had 2 Wendy Campbells with broken washing machines on the same day and hence the confusion??? He came on the 28th but said he needed a part and would fetch my machine once it arrived. They fetched it Wed 30th and having heard NOTHING since, I phoned Shafieq today. He hadn't even looked at my machine and had heard nothing about parts arriving. TERRIBLE SERVICE and TERRIBLE INCONVENIENCE!
