AFTER 6 MNTHS HAVE TO PAY TO REPLACE IMAGE HEAD

Purchased Samsung CLP 365 Printer 30 May 2013 from INCREDIBLE CONNECTION
Today (busiest week of year at work) printer suddenly not working - it says replace Imaging Unit.
Samsung tells me that after a certain number of prints imaging unit needs to be replaced and I might have to pay for this if it has exceeded the 7000 prints. This is rediculous. Have had printer for 6 months.
Printer is under warranty.
I now need to get the printer into the service centre where they evaluate first. Who knows how long this will take to fix
When I purchased this printer NOBODY told me that we would need to replace image head at any stage.
Let alone replace and pay for image unit every few months!
Incredible Connection tells me they have had many customers complaining about same thing and there is little thay can do as they are also fighting with Samsung. Samsung apparently did not supply this information that image heads on this printer needs to be replaced and paid for every few months.
