WB200F camera was purchased in SA on 15 Nov to be used on travels to UK and rest of Europe. Traveller is now in UK and wants to now start using the camera to take holiday photos. The camera shows a permanent white screen and is therefore not usable. A 2 year international warranty was purchased. Please ensure that a replacement camera is delivered to the traveller's London address urgently as she will be departing the UK shortly to travel the rest of Europe. We have all purchase records, warranty etc. Delivery to the UK address is important as she has daily tours planned and cannot spend time going to Samsung offices/stores in UK. Naturally, as the matter is of an urgent nature the delivery should be from UK and not SA. Your urgent assistance would be greatly appreciated. Please reply with the contact details of the person attending to this matter so that I can obtain feedback with regard to the progress made and so that I can provide details such as warranty, proof of purchase and the London address.
