Morning I have booked in a 4in1 printer at your authorised Samsung Repair Centre in Pretoria "User Electronics" for a warranty repair. Its been there two weeks now and they still have not done anything about the printer! I have threatened them even and still nothing! This place service is the worst I have ever experience! Can you please do something from your side as I require the printer urgently! My Jobcard Number is: JOB15386. You should maybe think of making use of another company, because this place is giving Samsung a BAD name!!!
