On the 4th of June 2013 i handed in my samsung printer. after following up i received a quote on repair costs the 9th of June. I accept the quote immediately. After two weeks i called them they promised to get back to me which they did not. A week later i called them again to hear that they are waiting for parts. It is now the 8 th of july and h i have not heard from them at all. my printer is 4 months old... i was told they only have to replace a part but this is very poor service. i had a similar experience in Nov 2012 where i handed in my printer and in feb 2013 after several inquiries was told the printer was lost...
