I was warned before never to buy anything from Incredible connection, my friend once refered to it as Incredible Curuption.
Here is my story.
I bout a Printer last year form Inrecdible Connection and on it there is a sticker that says 3 years gaurantee and other small words which I did not really take note of at the time. The sales man told me about the 3 year warantee and never explain how that work. I bought the printer thinking that I have a 3 year warantee.
My printer started having problems after a year. There problem is print heads, which have warantee expire date of 07/07/2013.
Last week I took the printer back to incredible connection, after a week I am told the supplier can not take the printer because I did not register online for the Warantee. even though my printheads warantee expire on in July 2013, I am told this is part of the printer.
I am taking this to the Consumer Commision, but I thought I should share so that other people may think twice before buying anything from Incredible Connection.
