I am not sure how long Printers are suppose to last, but I purchased a printer from Incredible Connection and just before 2 years it started miss-printing. I took it in and was informed I need to replace the Printer heads which in total cost the same as the printer when I bought it, R1800.
My previous printer has never given me such serious repairs/cost and thereby I am not going to purchase another printer of the same brand (HP) again from Incredible connection.
Not sure how to take it further, but I am done.
