On Thursday 13 June 2013 we handed a Samsung printer in for repairs. The printer crinkled the paper. We collected the printer on Friday 14 June 2013 only to find that it is still doing the same. We doubt that the printer was repaired or tested. However we payed R401.52 for the repairs. Please investigate and do a quality check on this service center.
I received two calls from Samsung customer care who really try to solve the issue. However PMC phoned to inform me that it would cost another R400 to repair. No quote, just an estimate. I told them it's unacceptable, what about their repair guarantee? They promised that Donovan will resolve the issue. After four months Samsung has not resolved this issue, and PMC is phoning me to collect the ill repaired printer. I will collect the printer and refund for the repairs not done, or a working printer.
