I purchased a medium size Samsung printer on 14 February 2013. I found it to be faulty. The printer has an on-site warranty so the third party technicians have been out twice to my premises but were unsuccessful. They then took the printer in to a repair centre and finally told me that it cannot be repaired. Since the supplier had no stock Samsung undertook to replace the printer themselves. I have since called Samsung SA around 40 times and have been put on hold each time for up to an hour. Nobody is available and the switchboard continuously transfers my calls without even listening to my request. Management is always unavailable and I'm always told they are extremely busy. The staff handing my query have no will to handle this query speedily. It is now heading towards two months and I have had no feedback as to when the printer will be swapped out. From my perspective Samsung SA is the worst company I have dealt with in my life, it is almost impossible to get past the switchboard when calling with a query.
