I paid up my Ackerman account on 30th September 2019.I realised today that I'm still owing Ackermans. NRB Risk Solutions sent me an arrangement letter in September 2019 which I agreed to pay it full. This year in May I contacted them only for a lady by the name of Thandeka that they have no records of me making such arrangements. I emailed them today 7th December 2021 that I have the emails and proof of payment and also the mere fact I asked for a paid up letter to prove I paid. When I paid I pleaded with them to email me the paid up letter.instead Olga Nhlapo was in a meeting or was not in. So now where is the R4500 that they say they have no proof of? I still have copies of the receipts and emails that they acknowledged I paid it in. Someone is not doing their job or maybe pocketing the money. This makes me suspicious as they quick to threaten and when u do pay, they don't deliver by giving you proof that you paid at least by giving a paid up letter.
