Paid up letter and billing query

I had a personal loan with the supplier and in November 2012 i settled the account as per settlement letter and only to find that payment cannot be found, went back to my bank as thats were money was transfered from and fot a statement stating that the suppliers bank actually returned the payment so it was not my fault and i sent them proof showing this aswell. Moipone confirmed that i did everything right and in the space of trying to find the monies i had paid as settlement the account grew interest which they say im liable for. The same Moipone has since even failed to repond to my emails requesting the paid up letter. I have been to the Arcadia store and was told my account is paid up and there is no amount outstanding and was given a paid up letter, Today i have received an sms stating that my account was ion arrears, what is this, can someone please take responsibility and sort this out, i am not liable for those interest charges as i paid as per the settlement letter. I need my paid up letter and these arrears they talking about are giving me a bad reflection on my credit rrecord but as it seem Electirc express does not care about this well i do and i need it sorted out
