I took a loan with nedbank in December 2008 and I only pay for two months and I lose my job, when I get another job in 2010 I start to make arrangement and payment till my account was paid in full and paid up letter was supplied to me. After receiving a paid up letter I went to itc to check my status and my name was cleared, after two years Nedbank come back to me saying I'm owing dem and they say they need a proof of payment and when I tell them that I only have a paid up letter that they gave it to me after finishing paying. I was suprice when they send me statement of my payment dat I make because there was a payment that was done in april 2010 and according to my knowledge that tym I was not working. I also ask them how can I keep a receipt of payment after receiving a paid up letter and my name is cleared on itc and they are failing to answer me. I still don't anderstanr. I still don't understand how can a big bank operate like dat. How can dey fail to keep their records and start to blame me as a customer dat why I lodt all de proff. They are operating like a spaza shop. I use to trust nedbank and special with de services that we use to provid on a branch level
