I paid up my acc with them in 04/09/2012 and sent them a proof of payment numerous times as they requested to a Mrs Williams... months later i received a phone call from them again to pay up, i was then requested again to send a proof of payment and i did just that and asked them to send me a paid up letter and to date i still did not receive it.
i was then called up at work by an employee from MBD last month, he actually drove all the way to make arrangements for payment??? what payment because i sent proof a million times??? i then took time from my job and went and printed out the proof of payment AGAIN and gave it to him and asked him to send me the paid up letter when he gets back to the office, he still hasnt sent me anything.
MBD is very quick to annoy u with phone calls that you must pay but when u actually pay up and ask for a simple thing like the paid up letter they dont respond.
i want my name cleared and they service is very POOR and lacks a great deal.
