My car financed by MFC was written off last year. The insurance paid the settlement amount on the 19th December 2013. On Friday, 31 January 2013 the money was still not allocated to my account although reflecting on the system so I could not pay the amount due to me. For the whole month of January, noone followed up on this till I called on Friday 31 Jan because i needed a paid-up letter urgently. After a heated argument with Molebogeng, I only got the settlement letter on Tuesday the 04 Feb 2014. I paid the amount due to me within 10 minutes and submitted the proof of payment to her. After making the payment, she informed me that her boss said she should not give me the paid-up letter until it reflects on the system which will take another 72 hours. This is totally unacceptable because I am losing out on a special if I dont get this letter today 05 Feb 2014. It is not my fault that the insurance did not provide a reference and MFC did not follow up for a FULL MONTH until I called. Can someone please get me the paid-up letter from MFC as my insurance and me have paid them all we owe!!! All I need is the paid-up letter!
