Still receiving SMS and Email for Paid up account

My Stutterfords account was handed over to CreditWorx for collection. I agreed to pay the account in full in December 2013. Kgomotso Setuke sent me an email with the account details and arrangement and I paid the account in full. I did not however receive the paid up letter as promised by Kgomotso Setuke. Today I received emails and SMS from CreditWorx demanding immediate payment of the account (which is already paid up). What is worst, is that they have not even changed the account status as paid up at the credit bureaus yet and I still don't have a paid up letter. Kgomotso Setuke is now ignoring my emails and my call to him today ended up with more promises of a paid up letter but still nothing. I find CreditWorx, especially Kgomotso Setuke unprofessional and unwilling to even follow through on a simple request like a paid up letter. What they are doing is criminal
