I had a Capitec account which was handed over to Vertex for collection and i paid the balance over to them and was instructed by the consultant to send my proof of payment to Pertunia (the supervisor) on email as she was going to send me the letter as soon as the payment reflected on their ABSA account. I did all that on the 27 June 2012 and up until today i am still awaiting my letter. Now Capitec has handed over the same account to some company called VVM and they want me to pay them or send them the proof of payment which is so frustrating as i do not have the letter but i still have my proof of payment.
All i want is the paid up letter so that i can let this matter to rest as it clearly shows me that Capitec never got their money so that is why they are getting other people to collect the money for them.
