This company has been garnishing my account for the past two years & a judgement was made without me knowing about it. I made calls & sent out emails requesting a settlement letter but no one responded. On the 5th of February 2013 I decided to drive to their offices in Pretoria where they ended up giving me the letter. The letter was a special settlement letter which means I to pay within 7 working days, I paid within 4 days but when I sent out emails that I want a paid up letter they don't respond. I paid the account in full so what seems to be the problem now? I'm currently looking for employment and I can't find a job cause this money making scheme company put a judgement on the ITC without me knowing. Please give me my paid up letter and remove the judgement, cause I'm tired of wasting money calling your call centre which you don't answer and sending emails that you keep on ignoring.
