After my car was serviced, I had problems with my car. This was communicated with the dealership and still the issues was not resolved. Also on getting my car back, I had a dent on my car.
I was asked to contact Renault SA who absolutely did nothing to even remotely have a look at my car, they only contacted the Midrand dealership and said they are not going to do anything about the issues.
Also no one is taking responsibility for the dent on my car.
Why is the services from one city to another so different?
I am sure I will not buy a Renault again and I will also not recommend anyone to by a Renault.
I would love this issues to be resolved now.
And I would love it to not be inconvenienced in doing so.
