I exchanged my 1 year Renault Clio for a 6 year Renault Megan Sports F1, and I was very concerned as it had high mileage and had loads of feedback I was nuts and should not make that choice. Renault Bryanston assured me they would take care of me and have my back should anything go wrong. Recently I had an experience where there was a bad smell and I was like "oh my word - here goes the clutch!! " so rang Neville up and brought it through immediately, and he instantly gave me a temp car without question... and when I came to fetch, they had serviced my car for me (as it was due, although I hadn't booked it in), and told me everything was in perfect working order, so it was actually nothing. I felt so taken care of... They really came through for me 100%, they have done so much yo go out of their way to build trust and give me 1st class service. I have had a Renault since 2006, and I love them, and I never had troubles... and I love the service more than anything in Renault Bryanston - go Renault!!
