Renault service is pathetic

My daughter bought a Renault in March for cash from Renault East Rand in March and to date it is still not registered. All she gets are pathetic excuses and. Looks like once the paperwork is signed at Renault all customer service goes out the window. My Renault Stepway's wind noise problems were not sorted out by Renault and their response was, "take your problem to the Ombudsman". Word of advise to all potential Renault customers - stay far away from this sub standard rubbish
