I purchased a Renault from the Bryanston dealership in South Africa last week Saturday, when i arrived at the dealership i had to wait to be served which i did not mind as i was excited to receive my 1st vehicle of my choice as i was a huge fanatic of the brand, i took a walk around and saw my vehicle in the back of the dealership, before my finance got approved i emailed through a detailed letter to the gentleman above and was told that all issues would be resolved before i take delivery of the vehicle, upon inspection i noticed that nothing had been adhered to and the gentleman that promised me everything would be addressed before collection to me, i was so overwhelmed with excitement that i agreed to take delivery and that it would take a day to resolve all issues, i had the vehicle for two days before the check engine light came on and the system break failure light came on, the service manual suggested to not drive the vehicle as it will cause more damage, i went straight home as i called Renault assist they told me no mechanics were available and i felt helpless, my car has been at the dealership since Mon 25th, i have been to and received distasteful service since
