Renault fail for 6 weeks to fix vehicle

I am working abroad. Have a Renault Scenic 2 which started having engine problems. This vehicle was taken to the Klerksdorp Renault / Suzuki dealership at about 5 December 2013 after 2 garages failed to identify the fault.

Renault did fault finding, ordered a part and fitted it. Problem not solved. Ordered different parts. Received just after the new year, fitted it, cleared the car and claimed it was fixed. My brother collected the car. He did not even left the town boundaries when the car did exactly the same! Back to Renault the car went.

My Dad and brother keep following up. But no progress made. Even contacted Renualt SA to assist. Does not seem to help. I contacted the Manager, Hennie, this morning. I am upset and frustrated. Tried to understand what is going on.

He clearly does not want to take responsibility. Denies that the vehicle is in their position for 6 weeks.
He blames:

1) The fact that he only has 1 mechanic
2) He is overloaded and need to service cars and cannot work on the Scenic
3) Renault SA do not sent him a technician to assist in fault finding as they do not get the fault
4) Do not forget the Christmas break!

If they can not fix the vehicle, who can?
