Well at least now I know why the Renault Dealerships have the could careless attitude towards their customers, cause the head office Renault South Africa has the same attitude towards a customer when they lay a complaint against one of the dealerships where I took my car to be serviced and had the most shocking service to date, but if this is the attitude of the Head Office then my decision has been made I will not purchase another Renault again, which is sad cause it is my second Renault and I do love the car and everything about it, but to be honest to keep me as a loyal client that supports a brand then I would expect some level of customer service and I have not got it.
I can not wait for the time when I can sell my Renault and purchase another Brand of Car (Thinking VW), so that I do not have to deal with a Brand that could careless about their clients.
Will not recommend that anyone purchase a Renault again if I am asked about what I think about the Renault Brand.
