POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

In January 2013 I purchased a second hand Suzuki from Renault BRYANSTON, if Renault is not interested in any other make of vehicle don't sell them! On leaving the dealership, with a clear certificate of road worthiness, I immediately encountered problems with the brake pads which I reporting to Renault. Renault subsequently replaced the brake pads. However the problem persisted and resulted in a visit Suzuki Hatfields who were very helpful. I was informed that Renault BRYANSTON had fitted the wrong brake pads for the vehicle. I incurred the cost of replacing the brake pads and assumed that Renault would reimburse me for their error. However despite repeated attempts to contact Renault BRYANSTON for assistance I have not received a positive response. I wonder if because I am female Renault Bryanston assumes that I will not follow up on the issue and will let it go which I am not!

I have and will continue to openly broadcast with colleagues, friends, strangers, the POOR SERVICE from Renault BRYANSTON and will never recommend anyone come to the Bryanston dealership!
