On the 25 March 2013 before I was involved in a car accident I requested Tempest to refund my money for all that they took from my credit card and said that it will be back within 4 days of which that has never happened. It was unfortunately that on the same afternoon I was in a car accident and therefore forgot to ask them again but I have never received a feedback for all my money since I have started to use them. I am not referring to the last booking of 25 but PRIOR TO THE ACCIDENT, THEY OWE ME A LOT OF MONEY.
