MY VAN WAS DUE TO GO IN FOR A SERVICE AS WELL AS TO FIX A FEW PROBLEMS AS THE VAN WAS USING 3PINTS OF OIL A DAY! (THE ENGINE STILL FALLS UNDER WARRENTY)
WHEN KIA INSPECTED VAN THEY TOLD ME THEY NEEDED TO CHANGE PARTS TO THE VALUE OF TOTAL COSTING: R14000.00 THEY HAD KEPT MY VAN FOR AROUND 1-2WEEKS
WHEN KIA RETURNED MY VAN..WHICH I HAD FETCHED MYSELF FROM THEM IN THE EVENING.I TOOK IT HOME AND AS DRIVING I NOTICED THERE WAS OTHER PROBLEMS AND THE VAN WAS RELEASING BLACK SMOKE... THE NEXT DAY I IMMEDIATELY SENT MY VAN BACK TO KIA PINETOWN... THEY TESTD IT AND TOLD ME THERE IS NO PROBLEM, I AM IMAGINING AND IF THERE IS A PROBLEM THEY GUARANTEE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY... AFTER THAT, THE VAN WAS STILL GIVING PROBLEMS SO REFUSING TO HEAR ANYTHING I TOLD KIA THEY NEED TO C WAT THEY HAVE DONE
THEN THE BIG REVIEL! THEY TELL ME MY BLOCK ON VAN IS CRACKED AND OTHER STUFF WHICH DY NEED TO PUT A NEW ENGINE..THEY WILL NOT CHARGE ME FOR IT OF COURSE BECAUSE IT IS THEIR FAULT BUT NOW I HAVE HAD TO HIRE A VAN FOR 2MONTHS BECAUSE THEY TAKING SO LONG, MY VAN IS USED IN THE BUISNESS TO DO DELIVERIES I HAVE LOST MY VAN R140000 ON REPAIRS HIRING VEHICLE LOSS IN BUISNESS.I WANT A COMPENSATION BUT THEY REFUSE
